Using both 10C Shared Space and the therapeutic space of the outdoors, Monica (she/her) provides psychotherapy, counselling, and skill-building strategies to clients as they navigate the world of mental health.

In addition to a clinical practice in primary care, Monica runs a private practice in Guelph with a focus on adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression; and, having herself survived the impact of severe menopause symptoms while navigating the health system, Monica is also able to offer you guidance on how to be an effective self-advocate with your health care team and how to care for yourself. Beyond 1:1 care, she also offers anxiety management workshops, Stitch and Bitch circles, and meditation groups.
