Revel Cider makes dry cider, wine and vermouth, right here in Guelph. Every blend is wild fermented — made from real fruit and botanicals foraged and farmed across Ontario. We make our blends with the seasons, as different fruits and botanicals become ready to harvest. We take a natural wine philosophy of using only real ingredients, and apply it to every fruit and botanical we can find locally.

Revel started in 2014 as a solo passion project of our founder Tariq. While he was studying plant science and living on an organic vegetable farm, he fell in love with food and drink fermentation.
