Executive Director, 10C & Harvest Impact
Julia Grady has led 10C through nearly 15 years of innovation, expanding into new project areas and providing a voice for valuable community content – and action. She is passionate about social connection, community building, placemaking and demonstrating the linked potential of social finance and social enterprise, as 10C continues to explore locally relevant change making and social finance projects through Harvest Impact.
Julia supports Harvest Impact with:
- Leadership, vision and implementation guidance
- Fund design and process development
- Ecosystem expansion and partner development
- Social enterprise and NFP training and mentorship support

Jess Barrie (she/her)
Community Investment and Engagement Lead
Jess Barrie joined the Harvest Impact Team in 2021. Raised on a dairy farm in Bowmanville, Ontario, she holds an Environmental Studies degree from the University of Waterloo. Jess is best described as passionate, enthusiastic, determined (bordering on stubbornness), and caring for her community. Jess’ community engagement experience began with Alberta’s Co-op movement and expanded to non-profits in Guelph and Wellington County where she gained experience supporting corporate community investment programs in the agriculture sector.
Jess supports Harvest Impact clients in the following ways:
- Completing loan and grant applications
- Connecting to additional financing, funding and partnership opportunities and connecting into the 10C membership and supports
- Helping clients tell their impact measurement story
- Helps manage loan administration

Anoushka Bhari (she/her)
Finance & Enterprise Analyst
Anoushka Bhari is passionate about connecting capital with community-driven solutions that advance social, environmental, and economic impact. Raised in Nairobi, Kenya, Anoushka developed a deep appreciation for inclusive economic development and the power of entrepreneurship to create social change. She holds a degree in Economics and International Development Studies from McGill University, and brings experience in social finance, investment development, and impact measurement.
Anoushka supports Harvest Impact by:
- Refining financial models
- Developing and tailoring investor pitch materials
- Researching and mapping potential investors to strengthen outreach and partnerships
- Supporting the intake, review, and decision-making process for loan and grant applicants
- Developing tools, templates, and investment memos to guide investees through the funding process
- Advancing impact measurement and reporting practices to help organizations tell their impact stories
